Community partnerships play an important role in the success of our residents. Currently, there are programs for the following — after-school tutoring, blood pressure clinics, bully prevention programs, computer literacy training, emergency preparedness, fall prevention programs, nutrition programs, job readiness programs, exercise programs, STEM Summer camps, and much more. Our company takes pride in our partnerships in the community and through these relationships, we help make our communities desirable places for our residents to call home.
Social Services
A Quality of Life
Our Social Services department is an important part of our company as it promotes positive, successful resident and community development. They currently provide access to over 7,000+ individuals residing on our properties. We have 37+ nationally-recognized social services programs throughout 14+ states. Our vision is to develop local and national partnerships in order to improve the quality of life for our residents. We work to reduce negative risk factors and remove barriers that may create instability to help them maintain independence and enhance their livelihood. Our team promotes economic, social, and physical well-being for residents through case management, crisis management, advocacy, community partnerships, and other innovative strategies.
