Job Title: Financial Accountant I

Location: PK Management, LLC | Cleveland, Ohio

Job Description: The financial accountant is responsible to perform a variety of complex administrative tasks related to planning and coordinating the activities of bank reconciliations, preparing financial and statistical reports, preparing reserves reimbursements, assisting in preparing the annual budgets, and more. This person will assist in year-end audit reports and schedules, train and provide technical advice, and perform related work as required.

Experience and Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required, college degree in related field preferred, 1-3 years of experience preferred, and valid driver’s license required.

Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Description: The office assistant is responsible for supporting various departments and/or property supervisors administratively and assisting in projects as assigned by the department/supervisor. The office assistant is often the first source of communication of the department/property supervisor and should demonstrate exemplary service.

Experience and Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required, some college beneficial, 1-3 years of experience preferred, and valid driver’s license required.
