Jenee McClain-Bankhead
President
Jenee is responsible for the strategic planning and overseeing of the operations of all newly acquired estates and for the daily operations of over 100+ properties. Her 25+ years of experience in property management, specializing in LIHTC and HUD Subsidized Housing, gives her the unique ability to stabilize occupancy and enhance the value of the communities in which we operate. She has been successful in building relationships with our community partners, bringing quality programming and resources to our residents.
Jenee holds designations of Certified Financial Manager (CFM), Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), Certified Manager of Housing (CHM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) from the National Center for Housing Manager (NCHM), Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P), and a Site Compliance Specialist (SCS).
Jenee is a Member of the Urban League of Greater Cleveland and the Northern Ohio Apartment Association (NOAA).
Yvette Rouff
Executive Vice President
Yvette assists in overseeing 100+ properties and the departments of compliance, training, and affordable housing. Her 23+ years of experience in affordable housing operations and compliance has rounded out the corporate team with a well-seasoned professional.
Yvette holds designations of Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), Certified Manager of Housing (CHM), Site Based Budget Specialist (SBBS), Senior Housing Specialist (SHS), Regional Housing Manager (RHM), National Compliance Professional (NCP) and Certified Compliance Professional (C3P).
Yvette sits on the board of the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association (NOAA).
Joyce Walker
Vice President of Community Development
Joyce is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and facilitating the implementation of projects related to community development, where she manages a budget in excess of $4.7 million.
Joyce has over 10+ years of experience in fundraising and development and over 20 years of experience in social work with families, children, and the elderly.
Joyce is a board member and advisor to the ALL WAYS UP Foundation. She is also a member of the American Society on Aging (ASA) where she contributes to community organizations and boards regarding housing issues, community resources, mental health issues, and marketing.
Joyce is a current member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and Incorporated and Top Ladies of Distinction.
